Associate, Engineering & Operations

As a Senior Associate at SkyWater Search, Will currently works with a “full desk” on the Operations & Engineering recruiting team. The SkyWater Operations & Engineering team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest.

Will grew up in South Minneapolis, MN. He pursued his undergraduate degree out in Washington State and graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelors in Strategic Communications. He has experience in various sales roles. Before joining SkyWater, Will spent four years as a recruiter at AEC Resources, Inc. where he specialized in recruiting for Architecture, Architectural Engineering, and Engineering firms in Minnesota.

Will currently lives in North Minneapolis. He enjoys distance running, playing basketball, cheering for Minnesota sports teams (he is obsessed with the Timberwolves), hanging out with his cats, and, as a homeowner, spending time on a never-ending list of home improvement tasks.

Within this team, Will specializes in recruiting & placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles. His team also has the capability to work on staff-level operations and engineering roles.
